Christopher Paulen
Chris Paulen is Vice President of Product Strategy and Management for Millimetrix Broadband Networks, a supplier of carrier-class broadband wireless and metro optical equipment. He is responsible for defining, developing, and marketing a line of multi-service transport equipment encompassing high-capacity microwave, fiber optics, and free space optics.
Previously Mr. Paulen was Vice President of Engineering for Advanced Radio Telecom, a provider of metro IP, ATM, and private line services using a nationwide footprint of 38 GHz spectrum licenses. He led a group responsible for network architecture, product definition and engineering, and standards development for broadband wireless metropolitan area networks. Prior to ART, Mr. Paulen was Director of Product Development for U S WEST, where he led development of new data transport service offerings including DSL service, frame relay service, ATM service, private line/SONET services, and Transparent LAN service. Mr. Paulen was also a Senior Member of the Professional Staff at SRA International, where he led a variety of telecommunications consulting projects for government and commercial clients.
Mr. Paulen has a B.S.E.E. from the University of Michigan and an M.S.E.E. from the George Washington University. |
