OPVEST will assist small and middle-market companies in obtaining
private placement financing of the full spectrum of debt and equity
issues to fund internal growth and strategic acquisitions.
In structuring and raising private capital, OPVEST will apprise
its clients of the merits of the various alternatives that may be
available consistent with the client company’s capital structure
plan. It will assess the current private placement landscape,
assist in preparing the private placement memoranda, in distributing
the memoranda to prospective lenders/investors, and in negotiating
the financial terms and conditions of the issue.
